We typically process your parcel within 24–48 hours on working days if you place your order before 1 PM (Sydney time, Australia). If there is a stock issue, we will notify you immediately via email. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. For all parcels within Australia, we use Australia Post Express Service, which delivers within two business days to most postcodes.
For international parcels, we provide standard air service, also via Australia Post. For urgent international orders, EXPRESS COURIER is available upon request. Please contact us via LiveChat located on the homepage.
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default. To view prices in a different currency, simply click the 'Select Currency' button in the upper left corner of the page and choose your preferred currency from the drop-down menu.
Prices include Australian GST. For countries in the European Union, VAT is not included.
Return Policy
We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, don’t panic! We offer a simple and generous return policy. You have three options:
- Exchange: Return your item for an exchange within 14 days. We’ll cover the cost of resending the replacement.
- Store Credit: Return your item within 14 days for store credit valid for 3 years. The full payment, including postage, will be issued as store credit. Please note you’ll need to have an account with us to receive store credit.
- Refund (less postage): Return your item within 7 days for a refund, excluding postage and handling charges. No reason is required.
Customers are responsible for postage costs when returning items. To process your return, please ensure the garment is in its original condition with tags attached and is unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed.
If the issue is our fault, we’ll take full responsibility and resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
